I'd like to serve grilled chicken at my BBQ this weekend however I don't want to spend that much time at the grill & away from my guests.

Is it possible to grill it earlier in the day (get the grill marks) & then finish it in the oven later? If so, how long should I do each part & at what temperatures? I'm planning on making legs, thighs & breasts - all bone-in.

Thanks for your help! PS - If you have a good recipe/marinade for this, that would be helpful, too!
